These are the customer-service channels for questions about products, orders, cancellations requested before shipment, returns, exchanges, delivery, tracking, and quality concerns.

What to include

When you contact support, include the order number and the name or email used for the order when available. A clear description of the question helps the team review the correct record. Do not send a full credit/debit card number, security code, PIN, banking password, or other unnecessary sensitive credential by email or phone.

The store address for correspondence and customer-service identification is 10361 Bridgeway Dr, Indianapolis, Indiana 46234, United States. Orders are shipped within the United States only. This address does not expand the shipping area or replace the shipping address entered at checkout.

Order and return questions

Support can explain the published process for an order, including the 30 day return period, exchange requests, tracking questions, and a cancellation requested before shipment. For a return or quality issue, contact support before sending anything back so the request can be associated with the order and the next instruction can be provided.

Payment privacy

Payment authorization takes place in checkout. Customer support does not need a complete payment-card number to answer a general order question. For an approved return, the refund is normally sent to the original payment method and can take 5-10 business days after processing.
